What’s handier: traditional agendas or business applications?

When you are working, especially if you work on your own, to have an agenda is key to success. An agenda to mark your meetings, to make to do lists, to remind you important tasks, etc. Basically, to be organized and to have control of what are you doing in your day by day.

But nowadays we have an alternative to the classic agenda: the business applications. The main difference here is that you can share information and schedules with others: with your managers and colleagues. Basically, it makes everything easier.

The best example is our Working Day Suite. When a task is done you can send, in just one minute, a form through the application, you can have a shared calendar with your managers, so they can see all the meetings your attending, if you work with catalogue you can have the whole catalogue in your phone, so you have just to tick the new orders and the head office can see them immediately. And so on!

Basically it saves a lot of time. Think about the old way! Let’s say that you have an important meeting. First of all, you have to write it down in your agenda, second attend the meeting and finally you have to write an email to your boss informing about the meeting. With Working Day Suite is all much quicker and effective. You don’t lose information (everything is on the cloud) and your head office is well informed of what you are doing in your day by day.

Anyway, we understand that sometimes to write in paper helps. Specially to fix goals in your head. Our advice to use a combination. You can write down your tasks in your traditional agenda, but at the same time you can share the important stuff with the head office through the application.

The main characteristic of Working Day Suite is the flexibility, so just look for the way that suits you better. And enjoy your working day!!!
